You probably wanted to hide your body over the 2, 3 months.
With no routine you eat out more and you snack more - with the kids, of course. Lots of laughter, extra drinks and "fun" carbs, just to wake up and do it all over again.
Then, it's time to go back to work and back to your routine.
Except...
Your warm weather clothes don't feel very 'routine'. As you try to put on your favourite summer dress you notice that you have to suck in a bit harder to zip up and the waist band in your shorts is digging in leaving its mark... and all of a sudden you just feel FAT.
Yep, this happens every summer, you try to get into your shorts, tank top, summer dress or (gasp) swimsuit and discover it doesn't fit like it used to... and now summer is close by.
You're not the only one that feels this way, and it's not your fault.
This happens to EVERYONE. Think about it, you've were bundled up for months in your jeans, comfy jumper and winter coat and you aren't thinking about what you look like "uncovered".
So you eat and you drink thinking "I still have time to get ready for summer."
It just seems to sneak up on you! First it was Back to School after the holidays, then Valentine's Day and now it's summer holiday and you've gained 10 pounds (OH NO).
You feel like you HAVE to make a change.
You remember how to workout, but things just don't feel the same anymore, and you wish that you could just have someone tell you what to do so that you can finally stop playing the "what shorts will fit today" game.
If you can relate to ANY of that, I have the solution for you...
